Membership Opportunities

Apartments Across America, Inc. is a national, non-profit association of apartment locating professionals. Our organization is quickly taking shape, in fact, we are the fastest growing organization of its kind nationally. We currently have 25 active members representing as many major metropolitan areas across the United States. We are adding new members weekly. We invite any established, well run apartment locating company to apply for membership. Some of the benefits of membership include:

1. Exclusive referrals from members within the association- Membership lists are distributed to all members to facilitate referrals of prospects from one city to another.

2. Exclusive referrals from our nationwide corporate referral program.- Receive referrals from the AAA membership from their corporate clients.

3. Become a part of Apartments Across America's web-marketing program, generating leads exclusively to our city members.

4. Invitations to the annual AAA owner/agent forums. Meetings provide training in all areas of lead generating strategies, i.e.. apartment referral procurement, web-lead strategies, print ad campaigns etc.. In addition, help in hiring, collections, training etc. is provided. Individual agent forums provide information in organizational skills, phone technique, closing techniques, lead procurement, and web conversion skills.

5. Networking contacts with some of the most successful apartment locator owners in the United States.

6. Periodic Voice Chat Conferences covering major topics of interest to the AAA members.
